  Shepherd's Pie had more clear gelatine and 'caramel' than any other ingredient. Potatoe and cheese top lacked flavour too. Not a nice pie. Vanilla slice covered in very very thick icing sugar dusting, enough to make you choke if you breath in dust! No vanilla taste to custard and no cream apparent in custard. Top and bottom biscuit layer very hard, resulting in custard completely squishing out. Not a nice vanilla slice. Staff friendly enough at busy lunch time.

  We had a beautiful breakfast and coffeee on the way home to Bendigo, the staff were very friendly the food was delicious definitely would recommend
